Overview
An installation is only as reliable as its maintenance. Our annual maintenance contracts cover HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and ELV systems on a fixed schedule, with breakdown attendance when something fails. We also take over systems installed by other contractors, starting with an audit and a written health report.

Contract options
Equipment that is serviced on schedule lasts longer, uses less power and fails less often. Our AMCs cover HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV systems, including installations by other contractors after an initial audit.
Comprehensive AMC
Scheduled maintenance, breakdown attendance and spares included.
Non-comprehensive AMC
Scheduled maintenance and breakdown attendance, with spares quoted separately.
Audits and health reports
A written assessment of an existing installation, with priorities and costs.
Fire system inspection and testing
Periodic checks with records for compliance and insurance.
