Fire protection and alarm

Overview

Fire systems sit unused for years and must then work without fail. We design to NBC 2016 and NFPA guidance, install with tested materials, and pressure-test and flow-test every system before handover. We prepare the drawings, hydraulic calculations and test records needed for fire NOC, and support you through the inspection.

Scope of work

  • Hydrant and external yard hydrant systems
  • Automatic sprinkler systems
  • Fire pump rooms (electric, diesel and jockey pumps)
  • Gas suppression (FM-200, Novec 1230, CO₂)
  • Addressable fire detection and alarm
  • Public address and voice evacuation
  • Portable extinguishers and signage
  • Fire NOC documentation and inspection support
