Civil works
The civil work your services depend on
Sumps, tanks, pump rooms, trenches, pedestals and foundations for building services, built by the same team.

Overview
Most building services sit on, in or under civil work: a fire water sump, a pump room, a cable trench or a pipe rack foundation. When these are left to a separate contractor, levels, sleeves and inserts are often missed and have to be broken out later. We build the civil work for our own services, so the concrete is ready for the equipment that goes on it.
